Experienced Policy Advocate Joins Larkin Hoffman Public Affairs

Larkin Hoffman Public Affairs announces the addition of Jessica Tabbutt as its newest government relations specialist. She brings a wealth of experience in political campaigns, local government affairs and public policy development, with a particular focus on health and human services.

Jessica’s impressive career includes roles such as public policy coordinator at Gillette Children’s Hospital, where she championed policy initiatives related to disability rights, Medicaid coverage and hospital operations. She also spent two years as a lobbyist with another Twin Cities firm, representing clients at the Minnesota Capitol across diverse sectors including agriculture, education, technology and parks and recreation.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jessica to the LHPA team,” said Managing Director Margaret Vesel. “Her deep commitment to public service, coupled with her broad experience in advocacy and policy, will be an invaluable asset to our clients.”

Before transitioning to public affairs, Jessica worked in nonprofit program management, where she organized volunteer programs and grassroots advocacy efforts. Most recently, she worked with WomenVenture, a nonprofit supporting low-income, entrepreneurial women in starting small businesses.
